DO YOU WORK WITH WEIGHT LOSS?

I understand you might have a desire to lose weight that could rooted from some of these factors: health concerns or medical advice, body image ideals, self-confidence, etc. It’s really challenging not to have these thoughts when our society celebrates weight loss and thinner bodies. Know that 99% of my clients have these thoughts, and you are not alone!

I do not endorse intentional weight loss (here’s a great summary on the reason why), so that means I will not focus on weight as a “goal”. Your weight might change - up, down or remain the same - as we work together. If you are open to a different approach to health, I’d love to share more details at a discovery call or email.

What should I expect for our sessions together?

In your FIRST session, we’ll spend 60 minutes together and do a deep dive to really get to know YOU. We will find out more about your past history with food and stress, and talk about your current eating and movement patterns. We will explore other factors that impact your health. We will discuss your goals and what success in this process will look like for you.

In your FOLLOW-UP session, we will provide ongoing support with package-based options that include video, phone and direct message support. Each video or phone session is 45 minutes. With this, we have more time to guide you through any challenges you are facing.
