Launching --- The Mindful Chow!
Hey everyone, this is Janice!
I am super excited to announce that my private practice, The Mindful Chow, is launched TODAY!
While I will be posting most of my updates on Instagram and Facebook page, the blog here serves as a collection of articles leading to a more #mindful life. I sincerely believe that we all deserve to have a healthy body and mind, regardless of body sizes and cultures. My goal is to promote weight-inclusive mind-body health within the Asian community.
In addition, I love talking about the importance of mental health and stress management. Health is holistic, and many factors affect our health other than just food and exercise.
Other than articles related to wellness, I enjoy cooking a lot and would love to share recipes here occasionally with you. Wellness goes hand in hand with appreciation for food. Where food grows, how things are being prepared and stories behind each dish - all these things help us understand how our food nourishes us and gives us energy and nutrients. With some of my recipes, I hope you will find joy in cooking!
